PROPERTIES
Lidocaine hydrochloride provides access to carious cavity and neutralizes pain expansion in nerve fibers, thus protecting the pulp and enable penetration of all components in hard tooth tissues. Eugenol possessing sedative properties, decrease aggressive influence on the pulp and soft tissues. Chlorophenol, eugenol and m-cresol are broad spectrum antiseptics, possessing slightly mummifying effect on nerve fibers. Camphor mitigates the impact of chlorophenol on the body.
INDICATIONS
Liquid No. 1 CRESOTIN is used:
– for anesthesia in traumatic and acute pulpitis before applying of devitalization paste (DEVITAL, TehnoDent)
– in periodontitis
– as a long-acting application for pulpitis management
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Drug idiosyncrasy. Do not misuse.
SIDE EFFECTS
As far as all terms of storing, transporting and application are observed, there are no side effects.
METHOD OF USE
Attention! It is recommended to store material at room temperature (22–24) °C within 1–2 hours before use.
Liquid No. 1 CRESOTIN should be applied with cotton swab or cotton ball for applications, saturated with liquid and slightly squeezed in order to avoid leakage of liquid.
During treatment of deep caries and acute pulpitis insert saturated swab in the cavity, isolate with temporary material (TEMPODENT, TehnoDent) without compressing and leave for 1–3 days.
During long-term treatment, using liquid No. 1 CRESOTIN as a long-acting unpenetrable application, put saturated cotton ball under a temporary filling (TEMPODENT, TehnoDent). In a period (up to 10 days), determined by dentist, planned treatment procedures can be fulfilled.

STORAGE
Store at the temperature from 5 °C to 25 °C. Keep in dry place.
Tightly close container immediately after use. Do not use after expiry date.
